No invite needed

Anketta is open to everyone. You no longer need an invite to join — enter your email and you are in.

Dead-end addresses refused up front

Dead-end addresses refused up front

An address at a domain that cannot receive mail is now refused while you are still on the sign-in screen. Anketta used to accept it and send you on to enter a code that was never going to arrive.

A correct code is accepted

A correct code is accepted

A code you typed correctly is no longer turned away. Asking for another one within the minute now tells you one is already on its way, and "Resend code" finally confirms it went. The screen where you enter the code mentions the spam folder.

We say when mail is slow

When our mail is running slow we say so, and your code still arrives.

A code now lasts ten minutes

A sign-in code now stays usable for ten minutes instead of five, so a mail that took a moment to arrive is still a code that works.

A wrong code says so

If your sign-in code is wrong, we now say so. The box used to empty itself and leave you guessing.

Your writing survives the way back

If we email you a way back in after a sign-in problem, what you had written is waiting for you when you return.

If Anketta cannot send your sign-in code, you now find out straight away instead of waiting for an email that was never coming.
