UX polish: legal popup, values snap, font scale, OTP cooldown
The onboarding legal documents — Rules, Privacy Policy, Offer, Personal Data Consent — now always fit cleanly between the progress dots at the top and the Continue button at the bottom, no matter how short the phone. The first paragraph is visible the moment you open a doc, the Close button stays in reach, and on short screens the text no longer hides under either the progress strip or the Continue CTA. "Наши ценности" cards now snap on desktop too — drag with the mouse, flick the trackpad, or tap the arrow keys and the carousel moves one card at a time, matching how mobile already worked. The font-size control finally scales the text inside the manuscript editor too: pick "Large" or "Accessibility" and your existing paragraphs grow with it, and the small action bubbles above each row move to still clear the line. The theme toggle on the OTP screen and both onboarding flows now lines up with the content column on desktop rather than floating in the right-edge gutter, and the top-right button (back, home, profile) sits at exactly the same place across Home, Profile, and Notifications, so it doesn't hop 4-8 pixels as you navigate. "Resend code" on the OTP screen now has a visible 60-second countdown — it's disabled while the timer runs, survives a page reload, and the server enforces the same cooldown per mailbox so the code truly can't be spammed even if someone rapidly flips IPs.
