We've updated the personal data consent

We've updated the consent to the processing of your personal data. Section 6.1 now says which decisions are made automatically — a manuscript that isn't published or comes back for edits, a message that isn't delivered — and how to challenge one. For accounts whose data is stored in Russia, section 7 names the processor in Russia, Yandex.Cloud LLC: it runs those checks of manuscripts and messages, reads feedback about the service and powers the assistant that helps you write your manuscript.
