Where you live, asked first
The first thing Anketta asks now, before the welcome and before the sign-in, is where you live: Russia, or outside Russia. Neither answer is waiting for you. Choose Russia and you carry on at manuscript.anketta.ru; choose anywhere else and you carry on at manuscript.anketta.app. The question comes once, and changing the answer later goes through support.
One question fewer mid-sign-up
Halfway through sign-up, under the city you'd typed, the same question used to wait. It's gone from there.
Subscriptions outside Russia
Living outside Russia, you'll find the subscription sheet no longer sends you off to anketta.ru to pay. It says plainly that subscriptions aren't available outside Russia yet, and everything free in Anketta stays open to you.
