A conversation now opens where you left it, at your first unread or down at the latest, never back at the very first line. Whatever you'd started typing is still there when you come back, line breaks and all. And on your profile, a review you're writing stays above the keyboard, while a gift of access reads as just that — a gift, with nothing to cancel.
