Pricing that says what is free

A page full of plans still leaves the only question that matters unanswered. The pricing page now opens on the answer: reading manuscripts and writing your own cost nothing, and it says plainly what the subscription is for. Underneath, the questions people actually ask — how the plans differ, how to cancel — are answered in a few lines each, and the comparison pages have gained the same short answers.

A way out when no code arrives

A way out when no code arrives

Sometimes the code simply never arrives, and until now the only thing to do was ask for another one and wait again. Now, when you have asked for a second code and your inbox is still empty, a quiet line appears below: you can carry on in Telegram instead and finish signing in there. If you would rather just sit and wait, it comes up on its own after a few minutes. Asking for another code and changing your address stay exactly where they were.
